A six-bedroom terraced townhouse in Southwest London with a conservatory extension to the rear of the kitchen. The brief was to redesign the cramped kitchen to create more storage space and incorporate a spacious dining area in the conservatory with separate boot room.
This kitchen was designed around a Lancanche range cooker which acts as a focal point and provides high performance cooking. Double height wall units increase storage space and enhance stature, whilst antique mirrored splash-backs provide a spatial boost.
In the conservatory, a beautiful table with solid oak top is matched with attractive bench seating which takes up less floor space then chairs.
A large free-standing dresser with bi-fold doors and power sockets allows storage of smaller appliances and houses the integrated fridge and freezer to either side. The striking monochrome tiles create a seamless transition from kitchen to dining area and add a contemporary flair.
