Step 1: Initial Conversation
Your journey with us typically begins with a brief initial conversation about your requirements. It also provides a chance for us to introduce what we do and explain how we can support you throughout your project. This first chat usually takes place over the phone, at a time that suits you.
When you're ready to move forward, we’ll arrange a design consultation so that we can begin bringing your ideas to life.

Step 2: Your Design Consultation
Our first meeting allows us to explore your ideas and understand how you will use your space—your routines, who shares your home, and the activities that make up a typical week.
We love to hear what inspires you. Whether it’s a mood board, a favourite colour, or a treasured item, these details help us shape a design that feels personal and considered. We’ll also take cues from the architectural character of your home.
We are keen to understand as much about you, your home, and your vision as possible so we can design a space that truly reflects you.
We recommend allowing 1-2 hours for your consultation, which can be held either at your home, via phone or video call, or at our showroom.

Step 3: Crafting Your Bespoke Design
Following our conversation, we take everything we’ve learned about you and begin crafting a carefully considered bespoke design. We don't just focus on the practical elements, we put a lot of thought into how the space can enhance your experience and reflect your personal style.
Our skilled designers develop your proposal over 5–7 working days, depending on the scale of your project and the number of rooms involved. Our aim is to present a design that feels considered, cohesive, and entirely bespoke to you.

Step 4: Presenting Your Design
Once your design is ready, we'll invite you to the showroom to present our initial concept, including technical plans, elevations and a detailed quotation.
We really value your honest feedback and are dedicated to working with you to perfect your space. We'll ensure you have ample opportunities to ask questions and make tweaks and changes. The last thing we want is for you to feel rushed or pressured into making a decision or have any doubts about how your finished space might look.
This process normally takes around 1–2 hours. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend that all decision-makers are present.

Step 5: Final Design Presentation
While we always strive to capture your vision from the outset, it's completely natural for a few small changes to emerge following your initial presentation. These refinements will be made promptly in preparation for your final design meeting.
During this final presentation, we’ll confirm your choice of finishes, handles, and worktops and provide you with a fully finalised quotation. Once you’re completely happy and ready to proceed, we ask for a 30% deposit to secure an installation slot and order your appliances. 40% will be due to commence production, and the final 30% is due prior to delivery.

Step 6: Your Installation
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll schedule your kitchen into production and coordinate directly with your builders to ensure installation is timed as seamlessly as possible. We’ll prepare fully dimensioned service drawings and share these with you and the relevant trades to ensure a smooth installation process.
Timelines vary depending on the scale of your project, but as a guide, a large kitchen typically takes around three weeks to install and hand-finish:
Week One – Your cabinetry is expertly fitted by our team of master craftsmen, usually within five working days.
Week Two – Worktop templates are taken, and the stone is cut, polished and installed.
Week Three – Our specialist team hand-paints your furniture, carefully preparing all surfaces, caulking joints, and applying two coats of paint by brush for a beautifully traditional finish. This stage typically takes 3–4 days.

Step 7: Sign-Off & Aftercare
Once your installation is complete, one of our Directors will visit your home to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We'll walk through your space together and address any finishing touches or questions you may have.
You’ll also benefit from our Lifetime Guarantee, which covers the workmanship of both the manufacture and installation of our furniture. If any issues arise, we’ll put them right—free of charge. Please see our T&C's for more information.
We are committed to supporting you even after your project is complete. We’re only ever a phone call away.
