Survey

The first step is to make an appointment with one of the designers, who are more than happy to meet you at a convenient time. At this meeting we will listen to your requirements, building a brief for your project. This will include discussion of furniture styles, budget, any appliances you would like and influences you may have. It also gives us a great opportunity to get a feel for the space in terms of its architecture. Designs can also be created from architect's plans; if the space is yet to be built.

Presentation

On completion of the plans and elevations we will arrange a second meeting with you, to present the design and quotation. At this stage we are more than happy to discuss any alterations or if you are happy with the plans we can move onto the order stage.

Order

On receipt of your order we will send you all the latest design drawings and any specification agreed so far. We will also prepare service drawings for your plumber and electrician along with a recommended lighting plan. We will visit site to check the progress of any building work and liaise with contractors to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Final meeting

Before any fabrication starts, we will visit you to confirm all the design details and specification.

Installation

On receipt of order we will give you a week commencing date for the installation of your furniture which will be carried out by bench trained joiners. Once the furniture has been left to settle any hand painting will be finished on site. To ensure your complete satisfaction your designer will visit to check our exacting standards have been met.
